No. Expert Insights uses an AI interviewer to join the expert call on your behalf, and speak to experts for up to an hour. You do not need to be on the call at all.
After a call, you receive full interview transcripts, along with summaries, key takeaways, and direct answers to each of your diligence questions. All of this data is available within the Expert Insights platform.
Before the AI interviewer can conduct any calls, you must provide it with background information about your project, along with key diligence questions. The AI interviewer uses this info to steer the call accurately, and is designed to be adaptable, so it also has the ability to ask dynamic follow up questions, clarify ambiguities, and more.

Your data belongs to you. In order to provide interview transcripts, Expert Insights stores audio and transcript data from your expert calls. Your data is never shared with any other organization (we do not maintain a transcript library), and is not used to train any AI models.
The AI interviewer takes similar measures to an analyst to ensure compliance. Before each call, the AI interviewer shares a standard disclosure and collects consent from the expert not to share MNPI. The agent is also primed not to ask for info that could be viewed as MNPI.
