Clients must not share login details or Expert information with unauthorized third parties. Clients may use AI-driven tools provided by Labyrinth solely for internal business and informational purposes, acknowledging these tools may produce outputs with inaccuracies or biases.

Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved through arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. The arbitration proceedings shall take place in New York City.
12. General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Labyrinth regarding Platform use. Any invalid provisions shall not affect the remaining Terms.
