TCPA & Regulatory Compliance

Telephone polling typically follows strict requirements at the national and state levels. Our workflows operate fully within the allowed behaviors by TCPA and other country-specific regulations.

Specifically, these are some of the ways in which we comply with TCPA in the US:

  • Outbound calls are placed only to respondents for which there already exists express consent.
  • For respondents that still require consent, our handoff flow uses a live call center to contact respondents, then receive consent before transferring calls to an AI voice agent.
  • All calls begin with the required disclosures. If you are using your own call center in the handoff flow, you will be provided with a clear compliance checklist on the disclosures, and we will review and sign off on the script and language.
